I know I've been bragging about this anime as if its the greatest anime in the world but shut up,I'm onto my point so sit down.I say again,Not every anime is everyone's cup of tea.Now lets get on to the anime.

It was just a normal sunday afternoon,until i discovered i still love anime's so i say to myself,Why not try another anime? instead of those crap on TV.Well apparently the first one i stumbled upon is K-On.This anime is pretty much NOT THE SAME as other slice of life anime's I've seen.Why you ask? Well for the very first time it made me actually give a shit about the characters.And believe me,I was a cynic when i watched this but after a few episodes,Me being a cynic is long gone.

But for me the best part was,This anime inspiring me,YES it freaking did.It kicked me on the butt told me to get off my ass and learn to play a guitar.Well i guess i was just sick and tired of those boys on TV being cute while playing guitar.But for me when i play music I PLAY FOR THE FUCKING MUSIC.I don't play it for the image or anything.Because right now the music i really like is either J-Rock,Anime Songs,And 80's Songs.Because having lyrics like "oh yeah" at the end each freaking sentence is fucking annoying.Also I'm sick of those western music that they even call music.Apparently the only band i like there is Greenday,Alien Ant Farm,Linkin Park *EHEM* we are out of the freaking topic. (LOL)

-Apparently these girls have DEEP *Ehem* i mean light relationships with the exception of mugi on S1 and S2.

3.Good music?
-Okay i know you can't really call Yui's vocals DAMN GOOD,but i say for the sake of the anime it did a freaking good job at sucking me in,I mean half the songs on my iPod is from K-On! (Call me a fan) but i'm in it for the INSTRUMENTS i can somehow disregard the vocals.

4.Ui Hirasawa
-You know.I don't know if this girl has any feelings toward her sister or it's just the fans making a freaking hype again.

5.A good old fashion 5 Member Band
-Bass,Lead Guitar,Rhythm,Piano and Drums.

6.Tearjerk!
-Episode 20 of season 2,also the final episode of season 2.I suggest you take your tissue when you watch that episode

7.Trips,Pillowfights,Tea times,School Life,Sleep Overs,The Sad Times,The Good Times, ETC!
-I guess you can really call this a SLICE OF FREAKING SCHOO LIFE,also SLICE OF LIFE.Seriously out of all anime's i only find 2 anime's that have the real essence of slice of life which is Clannad and K-On.The realism is there,The feeling that you can relate to it is there.Which really gives the real feeling of the SLICE OF LIFE genre.

1.Story N/A - Again,another SOL genre.NO RATINGS EVERYBODY! =/

2.Artwork 9.5/10 - I know someone will be pointing at the hands of the characters being too childlike but like what i said in my lucky star review,It balances out because you have cutesy and not too realistic characters.Also backgrounds of the anime really looks like the real school,Oh i forgot to mention that the school from K-On is from a real school? Look it up!

3.OP Song S1 9/10 - Call me a FAN! but in terms of *AGAIN* instruments this song is GREAT yet SIMPLE to play,Also this song is quite aimed at the girlish thing,but STILL GOOD!
   OP Song S2 10/10 - Now call me stupid for rating this perfect but screw you the music from this song is AWESOME seriously if you have an electric guitar,Try to learn this because it will freaking ROCK YOU!
   OP Song S2 2nd 8/10 - Was quite DECENT,and my least liked songs from the OP's i guess.
   ED Song S1 9/10 - Now Mio gets to handle the ED's,I guess it balances out but anyway when you have a wacky OP you might need a NON-WACKY ED.For short this ED is awesome!
   ED Song S2 9.5/10 -Better than the first ED from S1,+5!
   ED Song S2 2nd 9.8/10 -Damn,way better than the first season 2 ED

4.Animations 8.5/10 - Again,it didn't really need that heavy load of animations since this anime is not action or anything,You just need to make it smooth and not like they were missing some frames or something.But i saw that CG'ed part on episode 20 on season 2.I guess they were cutting corners.

5.Concept N/A - Noooooo, CONCEPT RATINGS!

6.Comedy 8.5/10 - They did pretty well at this one.They didn't really concentrate on the "THINK > REALIZE > LAUGH" kind of jokes but they concentrated on "THE JOKE IS APPARENT > LAUGH" kind of jokes.Well if your just reading this you might say its boring but try it out,You might get a laugh or two.

7.Fanservice 2.5/10 - Erm,if you can call those two beach episodes a freaking fanservice then i rate it 2.5,but seriously how can you concentrate on fanservice when the anime your watching has characters that have childlike bodies.

So This Anime?

Pass , Average , Fail

 

 This anime isn't really always right on the spot when they are trying to interest me,but that only last for seconds and something interesting comes again,And that's another reason why i finished Season 1 of this anime within 2 days straight.Also i'm willing to throw that problem off the table.

Since this anime made me feel as if i was not working to finish an episode like Shakugan No Shana did,Rather it made me comeback for more rather than stop and NEVER WATCH THIS AGAIN like what i did with Shana,but don't worry shana fans i'm gonna finish that season 1 i'll be reviewing that season 2,Anyway if your just here to find a real music,you might not find it LIKEABLE if you are not an Otaku that is,also if you have a twisted taste in music like me maybe you'll like some of it.

I guess again some people will be saying that i'm a fan of the series that's why i gave it all the good points and not the bad points,Well i said i'm willing to throw those bad points because it was too small to make a big deal of and 2nd I become a fan of an anime when it's awesome,made me watch it,didn't have any small things that they made a big deal of,ETC.So that means I'm not just lashing those words out because I'm a fan but because those are my real opinions upon that anime.

So that's the verdict this anime is a PASS.

Anime News:Second Season Confirmed – Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko & Hidan no Aria?

Crazy moe fans of the Anime series, Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko 「電波女と青春男」, will be in for a surprise all thanks to a tweet from the series director, Miyamoto Yukihiro. According to the tweet, director Miyamoto Yukihiro has confirmed a second season coming, however second season of Denpa Onna was suggested that it will take some time to air soon.

Also, great news for April season series, Hidan no Aria 「緋弾のアリア」, fans will rejoice at an opportunity of a second season also! The director of the series has left us a tweet asking fans to purchase the DVD/BD of the series, hoping to fund enough money for another season of Hidan no Aria. Fans of the series responded with a rather vulgar approach saying that it was a “disrespectful move” for the director of the series to say such a heartless request to the fans. As expected of the series, they are hoping that the DVD/BD would make them enough money for another production. If you are a fan of the series, Hidan no Aria, tell us. What’s your buy on this?

Anime Review:Denpa Onna To Seishun Otoko

*Yawn* Currently 3:45 A.M here and I'm writing a review(screw sleeping) Anyway I've been watching DOTSO(Read the title carefully) and i gotta say this anime is quite good,*CLAP* Well let's get this review over then!

Erio had been missing for half a year and was found floating in the sea. She doesn’t remember anything about what happened during that period of time, but she began to think that it was the act of an alien and wanders the neighbourhood wrapped in the futon.

A Few Words:

Damn,this anime made me look back at those days when i was watching TMOHS.Having a weird cast of characters and a normal main character.And also the uniqueness of the anime is awesome.

Although the characters are unique and awesome,The ending was quite b-a-d.Well it this anime didn't really have a LINEAR STORY,and the only change in the characters that i can see is Touwa Erio's change in episode 3,And from that point on the COMEDY begins.

Also the words Alien and Espers are back,but the alien part is from a self-proclaimed 16-year-old girl.And the esper part is from a kid who wears a freaking space suit,why you ask me? Well her reason was this

uhm...No i can't remember somewhere along the lines of this "My powers are being put in this suit" Damn,maybe that was wrong.Correct me if I'm wrong.Oh,by the way be sure of the massive MOE in this series,one episode made me "HNNNGGG" to my hearts content,SO BE READY!

-How do you use your head to hit exactly one button on a freaking remote?!

-Well,her face was shown right off,but it would have been fun to guess it.But the face was already in the OP from the very start of the series,SO SCREW IT.

-isn't that a little bit awkward to do in a gym court full of people? And now they are staring at you,only at YOU.

Ratings On This Anime:

1.Story 7/10 - Eerr,Did this anime really tell any story? oh it did.At the first half of the anime it did some background on the past of Touwa Erio as to why she is like that now.And then new characters come in,And then the "Slice Of Life-ish" style of story telling comes in,which means no story is being told.Now i feel obligated to slap wikipedia and myanimelist in the face for telling me that this is not a SOL genre anime.

(Just jokin,oh also I'm not saying that this anime is a SOL anime)

2.Artwork 9.6/10 - Well proportioned bodies,The colors,The Backgrounds,The ETC things in the background,The characters,somewhat they don't have that slight shadow they put on their noses when they face front.(another artwork uniqueness +1)

3.OP Song 10/10 - I really like this one,i know the vocals are not good but that is the point! really perfect theme for a series that is weird,unique, and wacky at the same time

   ED Song 10/10 - You know when i said that I'm not good with slow songs? well this ED song defied that the instant that this song played at the 1st episode,I instantly downloaded this thing throw it on my iPod then there you have it a song to listen to when you're bored.

4.Animation 9/10 - Another normal animation that you will expect for an anime.Smooth movements, and such.

5.Concept 9.9/10 - Well i did say it's unique right? Now that's all you need to know here.

6.Comedy in it 8.5/10 - It did make me laugh,but the comedies were on and off like my "LIFE" the jokes were too far apart to keep me laughing on and on

7.Fanservice 2/10 - A little bit of skin here and there is somewhat a fanservice right?.....

In terms of telling a straight line story the anime did not do well (I didn't even feel a story)

More like the anime was trying to be a SOL genre anime but without telling the people that.So that only left to expect a linear story from this one.

But like what i said the anime is funny,wacky,unique i give it that.Also this anime's ending was...i don't know was it a cliffhanger for the season 2? Anyway the ending wasn't that good.But I'm willing to throw those bad things off the table because you know what? at the end of the day the question is still this "Did the anime entertain you in any way?"

Yes,Yes it did.And that's what really matters

What this anime has taught me:

I guess this anime definitely taught me how to feel the STORY of something.Because it felt like i was in a dark room with a flashlight the size of a pencil trying to search for the so called "STORY" which is non-existent. 

Also this anime taught me that even if the OP and ED songs has vocals that aren't good,It can still be good because of the word "APPROPRIATE" since it really fits in that hole made by that anime for the OP and ED

• 5:30 AM - Get up from the bed

Okay,i know everybody is entitled to their own opinion but when this guy made the wrong step and tried to expect a plot from lucky star.I could seriously remove the "Otaku" from that channel name of his.So you're probably asking "Who is this guy?",

Well let me tell you this.You can find him on youtube and when you watch him try to hold on to your fan integrity because this guy will lash out the evil-est of all words just to review a certain anime(Which you can be a fan of right now).He's a freaking self-centered bastard who thinks that whatever he says is pure gold.

First off all a message to this guy.Please when you review,Read the genre before you review it.Also don't insult your audience.(Okay i know sometimes i did insult my audience but this guy is just WORSE).So i guess people are asking why am i making him read the genre before he reviews,because he instantly expects a freaking PLOT to every anime he sees without even realizing that the genre for this anime is "SLICE OF LIFE".Well maybe he knows because at one point he explained things about the 4-panel comic strip style of anime's but he doesn't know that it will contain no plot whatsoever.

I respect his opinions(No,I hate this f*cking guy he's just a major cynical guy who has no liking for any anime)Okay maybe he likes some anime's but i don't give a flying sh*t.

Oh you're also asking about the 2nd message i wanted to tell him,Well let me explain this one too.Throughout his reviews in a subtle way or kinda obvious way,he may lash out a word that will somehow insult the fanbase and the audience but that's another thing.Insulting the fanbase is kinda acceptable when you're insulting narutards,bleach fanboys/fangirls,fairytail fangirls/fanboys,One piece fangirls/fanboys.But insulting the audience also is kind of way off.If you really want more explanations then listen to this.(By the way this guy is not me)

Seriously.It's a type of anime where you can just watch it there.Sit down and have some laughs.But i know not every anime is everyone's cup of tea.But if you really look at it closely,what's there to freaking criticize on this anime?!,Oh sure you got those characters who have small bodies but it only adds to the cuteness being brought to your freaking eyes whenever you watch an episode from this anime.

Call me a fanboy for really liking this kinds of anime's but would you really rather enjoy an anime with plots that are really freaking ridiculous? No i would rather watch this rather than being bored in front of my computer.Maybe there is something to criticize on this one but i can point that out later.

Comments/Thoughts On This Anime:

1.Konata Izumi

-A great example of being an "OTAKU"

2.Kagami and Tsukasa 

-They resemble the twins from Clannad,you know Fujibayashi twins? The one i talked about a year ago.Seriously how can they not resemble the twins? One is a short haired good girl while the other one is a Long haired tsundere but tsundere in a way that is LIKEABLE not annoying or BAD.

3.The characters

-Many characters were introduced in this series,but some of them got introduced halfway into the series.And i know you're asking if this is a good thing or a bad thing.Well i think i couldn't really say it's bad but if you look at it in a normal "how should a series work" kind of way,you can probably say its a bad thing.

4.The references

-Many references were made in this series like "Fullmetal Alchemist" and the forever apparent "The Melancholy Of Haruhi Suzumiya"

5.The crossovers(Or maybe just the characters cosplaying another character from another series)

-I'll never forget that one episode where Konata did the "Hare Hare Yukai" dance.And it was the greatest FANSERVICE moment i ever had(I guess not really the greatest but it was GREAT)

6.The voice actor

-And the only reason why we have freaking TMOHS references on this anime is because the voice actor for Konata Izumi and Haruhi Suzumiya is the same,which is no other than..Aya Hirano!..(Hats off to you mam)

Ratings On This Anime:

1.Story N/A - Well of course there will be no rating for story.Do you think some kind of number will pop-up saying how lame this anime is for having no story at all? Well how about four? for FOCK YOU!

2.Artwork 9.5/10 - Okay,this is i guess the point where i discuss the part where i noticed that the backgrounds of this anime is not nearly as perfect.But who cares? It balances out.Here's an example.Would you really want a realistic look where the characters are really unrealistic? See what i mean there?

3.OP Song 8.5/10 - I like this song.(That's all?!) Okay let me just tell you that i don't give a damn if the song is way too fast for your tastes but for me IT WORKS WELL.On the first time i heard this song i already downloaded it and thrown it in my iPod full of anime songs and 80's rock songs.(I LIKE ROCK OKAY?!)

  ED Song N/A - Okay too many ED songs were given to be critiqued,but let me just tell you that i loved that one with Konata singing the OP song from dragon balls "Head Cha-La"

4.Animation 8.0/10 - It didn't really wanted to boast it's quality in terms of animation but it did the job well for making the characters move smoothly,Since this is just an anime based on real life and not some action anime that requires a large deal of GREATEST FREAKING ANIMATION EVER.

5.Concept N/A - Durr...no concept ratings since this is just a slice of life genre anime     (=.=)

6. Comedy In It 10/10 - Now this anime's comedy is more like that COMEDY you need to understand before you can laugh but lucky for me i can understand it.But don't worry even normal viewers can understand this even without the word OTAKU labeled in their head like some sort of robot factory.

7.Fanservice N/A - Nope,but if you could count that part where konata danced the hare hare yukai song maybe 1 out of 10 would work

Pass , Average , Fail 

Of course the answer is PASS obviously.Okay people may think i'm just saying pass because i'm a fan of the series,i suppose you can say that,but seriously whats there to CRITICIZE?! The genre said that this anime is a comedy, slice of life, parody.And the anime did exactly what the genre said in a very GREAT WAY.

Through the slice of life part they brought us the comedy in which the characters just live off their lives while the parody part is also being given to us through the slice of life part,meaning that you can see

references,crossovers and characters cosplaying.Well i can't really say that this anime is great for all.But i'm willing to bet that if i recommended this anime to you,i'm sure you'll be coming back for more.

What This Anime Has Taught Me:

Well this anime certainly taught me how to be a good/bad/funny/weird/fanboy/fangirl kind of friend.

Also it taught me that Tv's are a really bad way to watch anime's just as what konata said timeslots get pushed back and sometimes getting cancelled.So surfing the net and watching it over the net would be better.
